When am I able to access my storage unit?

At Oak Cliff Self Storage, you’ll have access to your unit from 6 am to 9 pm (24-hour access for 10 x 10’s and larger for a $10 fee).

What security features are offered?

Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance, has perimeter fencing and electronic gate access with unique keypad entry code. There’s also a resident manager keeping track of all activity taking place throughout the facility.

Are the facilities near any colleges and universities?

Oak Cliff Self Storage is close to several Texas colleges and universities such as Southern Methodist University, University of Dallas, North Lake College, Cedar Valley College, Brookhaven College, Richland College, Texas Woman’s University, and Mountain View College. 

What types of leases are offered?

Our leases are month to month. No long-term contracts

Do you offer temperature-controlled storage units?

We offer temperature-controlled storage units that will keep your belongings in a constant environment. No matter if it’s cold or hot outdoors, you’re items will be protected against any possible damage.

Do I have to pay any administration fees or deposits?

We don’t charge our tenants any administrative or deposit fees.

Do you offer storage insurance?

We have tenant insurance available if your insurance company doesn’t offer it.

How do I pay my storage bill?
